Delivery

Mobility Wise Ltd charges a small delivery fee on each order, depending on the weight of the order. We will normally use Royal Mail Second Class mail or Standard Parcels for this service. Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class mail within 3 working days*, and Standard Parcels within 3-5 working days*.

Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified on your order.

Some of our larger, bulkier items, regardless of weight, such as wheelchairs and scooters have variable delivery charges depending on location. Please call 0800 7 31 41 51 to enquire about the shipping cost and/or to place an order on these items.

We aim to despatch in stock items ordered before 3:00pm on a working day, on the same day. We aim to despatch in stock items ordered after 3:00pm, on the following working day.

If you prefer, you can request collection of your order from either our Urmston shop or Eccles workshop. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. If the items are available at your pick-up location and your order is placed before 3:00pm on a working day, you may be able to collect the same day.

If you require shipping to a non-UK address, please contact us, providing details of the items you're interested in (make sure to include the model number), so we can calculate the cost of shipping for you. Shipping costs may be high and there is no obligation to purchase after receiving a quote for shipping.
