Please read the following terms of sale carefully. You must agree to these before ordering products from our website.
Within these terms of sale, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Mobility Wise Ltd, and “you” and “your” refer to our customer or potential customer.

We sell mobility aids, such as scooters, wheelchairs and stairlifts. In addition we sell many items to help make life easier in and around the home.
To enter an order you must take the following steps:
(a) Add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
(b) If you are a new customer, you must create an account with us.
(c) If you are an existing customer, you must enter your log in details.
(d) When logged in, you may be asked to select a delivery option.
(e) You will then be asked to select a payment method. The default method is via PayPal using debit or credit card.
(f) You must agree to our terms of sale, then confirm your order.
(g) You will be transferred to the PayPal website where your payment will be processed.
(h) You will receive prompt acknowledgement of your order.
(i) After checking whether we can meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which time your order will become a binding contract), or we will notify you that we are unable to meet your order.
(j) The contract will be concluded using the English language.
The prices of our products are shown on our website. Prices may change at any time, but will not affect contracts which have already been entered into.
In addition, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be indicated before you submit your order.
Full payment must be made upon submission of your order. Products will not be despatched until payment is received from you in full. Payment must be made by one of the methods detailed on the website.
When you create an account you are asked to declare if you are eligible for relief from VAT.
By indicating you're registered disabled, you are declaring to Mobility Wise Ltd that you or the intended recipient is 'chronically sick or disabled' and the goods are purchased for your / their own personal or domestic use.
Note: It is an offence to make a false declaration.

Products will be delivered to the shipping address specified on your order.
We aim to despatch in stock items ordered before 3:00pm on a working day, on the same day. We aim to despatch in stock items ordered after 3:00pm, on the following working day.
Any items which we need to order in from our suppliers will take a few days longer, but we aim to get these items to you in 5-7 days.
An estimated date for delivery will be specified on our order confirmation, and we aim for delivery to take place on or before this date. We cannot guarantee delivery by this date, but we do guarantee that products will be despatched within 30 days of the date of our order confirmation.
If you have opted for collection, you will receive a "Ready for Collection" email when you can come and collect your purchase. For in stock items this may be the same day, but it may take a day or two longer, as the items may need transferring between our Urmston shop and Eccles workshop.

You have the right to cancel a contract at any time within 7 working days of receiving your products. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing via letter or email within the time limit for cancellation.
You have a duty to take reasonable care of the products throughout the cancellation period while they are in your possession. For reasons of hygiene, bathing, toileting and personal care items must be returned in an unused condition. You will be responsible for returning the products to us within 30 days of cancellation, and for paying for their return. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the products and that they are not damaged in transit. If you fail to return the products we will charge you the direct cost to us incurred in their recovery. If you return the products at our expense we will charge you the direct cost to us incurred in their return.
In the event of a valid cancellation, a full refund, including the cost of sending the products to you, will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.
If, on receipt of a product purchased from us, you find that it has been damaged during transit from us, or is not the product you ordered, or is faulty, the product can be returned to us for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please retain any warranty information supplied with the product, as this may be needed in the event of a fault.
If a product develops a fault after this 30 day period but within 6 months of receipt, you may still be able to return it for exchange if it is reasonable to presume that the fault existed when you first received the product from us.
If a damaged, defective or incorrect product qualifies for return as described above, you will not be required to pay the return costs. A refund will be issued where exchange is not possible.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will usually make the refund via the same method used by you to pay for your purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the date we received notification of the error, defect or cancellation from which the entitlement to refund has arisen.
Images on our website provide a good representation of the products we sell. The actual products, however, may differ slightly from these images.
The products we sell are intended for personal use only and we will not be held liable for any business losses incurred.
Nothing in these terms of sale will exclude or limit our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All personal information relating to your order will be treated according to the terms of our privacy policy.
Use of our website is subject to our website terms of use.
These terms of sale may be updated from time to time. In this event, we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain available for reference on our website. We therefore recommend that you save a copy of the applicable version for your records.
Contracts subject to these terms of sale may only be varied by written agreement signed by both you and us.
These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising in relation to them will be decided only by the English courts.
These terms of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
